List of services offered by T.K.Danesh to students
All services provided by T.K.Danesh to Iranian Applicants in Italy and the Russia are free of charge, except student’s actual expenses for getting to Italy and the Russia and admission for study at Italian and Russian state universities. All above-mentioned services and activities of T.K.Danesh (i.e., representing Italian and Russian state universities abroad and enrolling Iranian Applicants for studies) are assisted by Italian and Russian universities on the basis of contractual relationships with T.K.Danesh.
Consultation on the Italian and Russian education systems, conditions of admission to Italian and Russian state universities, rules and internal regulations of student hostels, life and health insurance, nutrition, application for the issuance of an invitation letter to study in Italy and the Russia, principal rules of stay for Iranian Applicants in Italy and the Russia and their registration with the Department of Migration Service of the Italian and Russian governments;
Preliminary evaluation/assessment of educational documents (e.g., senior school certificates, University qualifications) for their compliance with the requirements of admission to Italian and Russian state universities;
Processing the invitation letter for study at the chosen Italian and Russian state university with the Migration Service of Italy and the Russia;
Meeting students at the international airports of Rome, Milan, Naples and Turin in Italy and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, transferring them to domestic flights/railway stations; meeting students at the airport/railway station of the city of their studies and taking them to the university;
Arranging accommodation in the student hostel (2-3 persons per room) for the whole period of study at the chosen Italian and Dutch state university (maximum up to 7 years);
Assisting with admission to the Italian and Dutch state universities of choice according to the chosen specialty and degree: “Bachelor of Arts/Science”, “Master of Arts/Science”, “Doctor of Science” and “Specialist /Engineer-Specialist”;
Assisting with migration registration with the Department of Migration Service of the Italian and Dutch for the period of study;
Assisting in obtaining text books provided for free by university libraries;
Monitoring students' academic progress and behavior;
Providing information and consultation for obtaining the Certificate of Equivalence from the Ministry of Education of the Italy and Netherlands, which is obligatory for each student to be admitted to any Italian and Dutch state higher education establishment;
